🚨 **DEMOLITION LABOURERS REQUIRED – FARRINGDON, LONDON – START ASAP!** 🏗️

**JMR Recruitment** is looking for ** Demolition Labourers** for a project **near Farringdon Station, London**.

💰 **Pay:** **Up to £18.00 per hour**
📍 **Location:** Near Farringdon Station, London
🕒 **Monday – Friday** *(Some weekend work available)*

🔹 Valid **CSCS Card** or **CCDO Card**
🔹 **Asbestos Awareness** certificate

Skilled Labourer Required - Bath

Location: Bath
 Duration: 3 Weeks
 Hours: 9 Hours Per Shift

We are currently looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a refurbishment project in Bath.

The role will involve working on the strip out and refurbishment of a gym, assisting trades and carrying out a variety of skilled labouring duties to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card
Full PPE
Previous experience on refurbishment/strip-out projects

 We ae currently looking for qualified demolition operatives to work on new projects in London. The role will consist of soft strip of internal walls and flooring, some exterior removal, removal of demolition waste and assisting with loading and unloading materials.

What we can offer:

Competitive rates of pay - £18 - £23 dependent on qualification. 
Overtime payable at 1.5 times. 
Ongoing, long term projects.

Full PPE Supplied (excluding safety shoes)

The following skills and qualifications are required:

Valid CCDO Demolition Card (Green, Blue or Red).  
Previous demolition experience.  
Experience in using hand & power tools.  
Ability to work independently or as part of a team. 
Good level of physical fitness

CCDO Operative Required in Birmingham

Our specialist Trades & Labour team are seeking CCDO Operatives for a large scale project in Birmingham.

Working on behalf of the main contractor, you will be working on a large scale refurbishment project completing strip out work which will include removal of internal fixtures and fittings.

Due to the nature of this project, you would require a valid DBS check, dated within the last 3 years.

Each CCDO Operative must:

Hold a CCDO Demolition Operative card
Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles)
Be hard working, reliable and punctual
Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.
