Funny enough I was called in the office first thing on the next morning along with the supervisor of the bricklayers who was in charge of the workers that built the walls out off vertical tolerance and we ware told to sort out things between eachother. His excuse was that his boss was giving him people that ware no good. If I wasn't checking it then management would say I didn't do my bit properly, if I did check it and showed the findings they wouldn't say thanks just tried to dodge a bullet. I guess it really depends who built it at the end of the day 🤣🤣. Hope you get my point

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Bricklayer to join the team at the London Borough of Haringey. Based at Broadwater Farm Community Centre, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bricklaying and associated works as part of the Council's housing maintenance service.

This is a temporary role covering the period pending an internal restructure, offering a chance to work in a collaborative environment supporting residents and the local community.
