we are seeking an experienced site supervisor to work on a live hmp glasgow project. the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring health & safety compliance, and managing subcontractors within a secure, operational prison environment.

key responsibilities

    supervise day-to-day site operations within a live prison environment

  * 

    ensure all works are carried out safely, on programme, and to a high standard

  * 

    coordinate subcontractors and site labour

  * 

    enforce site health & safety procedures and security protocols

  * 

    liaise with site management, client representatives, and security staff

  * 

    conduct site inspections and quality checks

  * 

    maintain accurate site records and reporting

requirements

    proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role

Site Supervisor

we’re supporting a civil engineering contractor delivering wastewater works in south lanarkshire and looking to appoint a hands on site supervisor / site manager to support delivery on a live site.
this is a dirty water role covering sewers, manholes, drainage, reinstatement and deep excavations. it will suit someone who is comfortable being on site day to day, running gangs and keeping works compliant rather than operating in an office based management role.
