gortmore are working for a contractor who are looking for a senior site engineer’s on a civil’s project in the edinburgh area.

the candidate must:

&bull; have previous experience working on civils projects on groundworks, ducting, drainage and rc structures.

&bull; must have excellent knowledge of, laser levels, total stations and gps’s.

&bull; monitoring, manage, distribute project information to site team and ensure accurate setting out and dimensional control is being carried out.

&bull; ensure the works are constructed to latest design and agreed specification.

&bull; ensure project qa is being carried out and site diary is maintained.

&bull; must be competent in auto cad, reading drawings and quantifying materials.

&bull; carry out itp’s, kpi’s, rfi’s, etc.

&bull; have excellent communication skills and in distributing project information to work colleagues.

&bull; have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues
