C&P recruitment are working with a highly regarded client of ours, based in Edinburgh. They are looking for stonemasons to work on a restoration project for 14 weeks in Edinburgh city centre. You will be pointing, raking out and restoration work

Pay rate is CIS or umbrella and is negotiable with the client depending on references and experiences. 

 To be accepted for this role you must have:

Qualified stonemason
Own tools
Working reference
Full PPE
Right to work in the UK

Roller Driver

Construction and Property Recruitment is looking for multiple time served Joiners for projects throughout the Central Belt. We work with several reputable builders who can provide long term work for the right people. 

 Positions:

Edinburgh Centre - Hotel refurb, first fix  
Edinburgh Centre - Town house refurb
East Lothian - Replacing windows and doors commercial job
East Lothian - Domestic refurb
Mid Lothian - Domestic refurb and maintenance
Scottish Boarders - Domestic refurb and maintenance
Scottish Boarders - Domestic new build
Requirements: 

Must be a time served Joiner with experience in the UK
Confident in a range of Joinery tasks - first and second fix, fire doors, sash and case windows
Must be reliable and happy to commit to long term work
Drivers licence and CSCS card beneficial but not essential
Benefits:

£19- £22 P/H depending on experience - CIS or Umbrella available
