The Project

As a well-established Surfacing Supervisor, you will be utilised on this scheme for your knowledge of all things surfacing. For this role the Surfacing Supervisor needs experience with Cement Bound Granular Material (CBGM) and Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC). Also to carry out the machine control side of engineering.

Requirements 

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

SMSTS / SSSTS (Required)
Driving Licence and own vehicle
3 years+ as a Surfacing Supervisor
Able to carry out the machine control portion of the scheme
Experience with CBGM and RCC

They are looking for experienced Plasterers with multi trade experience to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term contract. Social housing contract. Plastering and internal decoration

MAIN DUTIES

  * Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.

  * PPMs and reactive maintenance.

  * Plastering and associated works on void and occupied properties.

  * To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.

  * Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and /or Supervisor.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

Pay: £190 per day.
