Fire Door Installer
Location: Birmingham (Travel to other areas in the Midlands will be required - Paid for travel)
Pay Rate: £24.00 per hour
Contract: Temporary Ongoing (Long-Term Works)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Travel: Paid travel to site

We are currently recruiting for experienced Fire Door Installers to work on a long-term NHS contract covering Birmingham and the wider midlands region.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable installers looking for consistent, ongoing work with materials delivered directly to site.

The Role:

Installation of fire doors within NHS and healthcare properties
Working across multiple live environments throughout the Midlands
Ensuring all installations are completed to a high standard and in line with fire safety regulations
Maintaining a safe and professional working environment at all times

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card
Previous experience installing fire doors

I am looking for a gardener to work with a leading housing association in Birmingham. 

Work will include using various equipment including ride on mowers, stand on's and hedge cutters. 

You will be responsible for looking after housing stock in the Birmingham area which will include grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming and pruning. 

A van will be provided for work purposes only.

Hours: Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week. 7:00am - 16:00pm.

You will Receive:

£16.78 P/HYou will need:

General knowledge of grounds maintenance
Experience of grass cutting, shrub and hedge cutting, weed control, litter picking and all associated tasks.
Experience of using appropriate equipment including the operation of petrol machinery and ride on mowers
PA1 & PA6 (ideal but not essential)This is a temporary role covering long term sickness. Duration will be a minimum of 2 weeks but is likely to be extended.
