Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a long-term temporary basis in and around Manchester.

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships between the company and its residents. Your primary responsibilities will involve clear and effective communication, resolve queries, and ensuring access to properties for planned works. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
