this role supports multi-million-pound, complex capital development programme that are essential to the airport's long-term growth, safety, and operational resilience. the role of the document controller is to oversee the end to end lifecycle of programme documentation for 2 major programmes. 
 
both programmes are nearing the end with a core focus on close out and completion of remaining projects. contractors are also in the critical stage of completing and issuing all required handover documentation. 
 
in this role, you will be responsible for 
- organisation and maintenance of programme documents: create, store, organize, and retrieve electronic and physical documents, utilising aconex. 
- manage document workflow: track the creation, revision, and distribution of documents, preparing them for submission and ensuring they are current and accurate.
