key skills required for the system coordinator / deputy commissioning manager 

reporting to the commissioning manager, the candidate will be responsible for coordinate and collaboration with other disciplines, such as electrical, i&c, operations, mechanicals, etc.
coordinating with the site loto responsible senior authorized person.
permit to work request and the legal certifications knowledge to achieve the mec reports & readiness reports.
review and monitor the subcontracts commissioning activities, review and approve the commissioning procedures.
must be a mechanical or electrical engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the commissioning of thermal power plants, efw or similar.
must have experience as being responsible for coordinating commissioning systems, coordinating operation of systems to start-up / shut down plants.
