Are you a Building Services Engineer looking for a 6-month contract where you can work on a large estate and play a key role in maintaining high standards across a major organisation? On offer is the chance to work within a large Estates team, providing technical support, managing contractors and ensuring building maintenance and compliance is delivered to a high standard. 

You will play an important role in ensuring contractors remain compliant, maintenance is delivered effectively and building assets are properly inspected and managed. The role offers excellent variety, covering mechanical building services, compliance, contractor management, asset inspections and minor works projects.
