dozer driver will require cpcs or npors (npors needs to have cscs logo on)

dozer op must have and be able to provide 2 references for their previous dozer work

dozer op must have experience on using gps on a dozer.

dozer op must have a valid bbv hs2 induction card and valid and in date seqouhs medical
