key responsibilities:

· carry out soft-strip and demolition tasks

· support tradespeople across the site as needed

· move and organise materials safely and efficiently

· load skips and manage site waste removal

what you'll need:

· a valid cscs card

· two recent, contactable references

· demonstrated experience working on premium residential refurbishments

· start date: immediate

· location: victoria, london

· pay: £650 per week

· schedule: monday-friday, 8am-5pm
