Day Rate: £500 - £600 per day
Contract: 6-12 months

The Opportunity:
A Tier 1 contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex London projects is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead tenders and early-stage design coordination on a series of large-scale schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Manage pre-construction and bid processes across multiple live tenders

  * 

    Coordinate estimating, design, and planning teams

  * 

    Develop winning bid strategies and technical proposals

  * 

    Liaise with clients and stakeholders to present design and cost solutions

  * 

    Ensure design development aligns with commercial targets

Experience Required:

  * 

    Proven track record in pre-construction or bid management within a main contractor
