WE ARE HIRING Due to continued growth HCL Precast are on the look out for an experienced Precast Cladding Installers and improvers Start date •Immediate for the right candidates Role Description •This is a full-time on-site job, located in Finsbury Park as a Precast Cladding Installer. •The Precast Cladding Installer will be responsible for installing precast concrete cladding. •They will work with a team to ensure that all installations are successful. Qualifications & Experience •At least 2 years of experience in construction, precast installation, or a related field •Knowledge of precast concrete production and installation processes •Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and plans •Ability to use hand and power tools effectively •Good physical fitness and willingness to work in an active on-site environment •Good communication and interpersonal skills •Experience working in a team setting •CSCS Card essential •NVQ in precast installation preferred •IPAF or similar preferred Pay £33,800 - £39,000 + attendance bonuses. Lodge paid for plus night out money allowance.
