Must have BPSS clearance with EL1 and valid bricklaying experience.

The duties of a bricklayer include:

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately

Laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry units to construct or repair structures

Mixing and applying mortar, ensuring structural integrity and quality finishes

Collaborating with other trades on-site to ensure efficient workflow

Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate safety measures

Using tools and equipment safely and correctly

Ensuring work meets project timelines and quality standards

We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Builder / Construction worker to work on a range of projects, carrying out external works for a reputable contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled tradesperson looking for ongoing work with a well-established team.

    Proven experience as a General Builder

    Experience in blockwork and lintel installation

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
