This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and business partners of Fixed Construction Limited, regardless of their role or level of seniority.

- "Tax Evasion" refers to the illegal act of intentionally evading tax obligations by deliberately misrepresenting or concealing information from tax authorities.

- Fixed Construction Limited prohibits any form of tax evasion facilitation, both in the UK and internationally, by any individual acting on behalf of the company.
- No employee, contractor, or business partner of Fixed Construction Limited shall engage in activities that aid, abet, or otherwise facilitate the commission of tax evasion offenses.
- Awareness and Training:
- Fixed Construction Limited will provide appropriate training and awareness programs to all employees, contractors, and business partners to ensure they understand their responsibilities and obligations under this policy.
- Training will cover the recognition and prevention of tax evasion, as well as the potential consequences for individuals and the organization.
- Reporting Suspected Tax Evasion:
- Employees, contractors, and business partners are encouraged to report any suspected instances of tax evasion promptly.
- Fixed Construction Limited will establish confidential reporting channels to facilitate the reporting of suspicions or concerns related to tax evasion.
iii. Reports will be treated confidentially, and individuals making reports will be protected against any form of retaliation.
- Due Diligence and Risk Assessment:
- Fixed Construction Limited will undertake risk assessments to identify and understand the potential risks of tax evasion in its operations and business relationships.
- Appropriate due diligence procedures will be implemented to identify and assess the risk of tax evasion by employees, contractors, and business partners.
- Compliance and Monitoring:
- Fixed Construction Limited will establish internal controls and monitoring mechanisms to ensure compliance with this policy.
- Regular audits and reviews will be conducted to assess the effectiveness of controls, procedures, and training programs.
iii. Any identified non-compliance will be addressed promptly, and appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken.
