  9. Internal Audits and External Audits: Regular internal audits are to be conducted to ensure the Quality Policy is effective and yielding the desired outcomes.
  10. Review and Revise: Periodic management reviews to ensure that the quality management system remains effective and suitable for the organization’s needs.
